Time Warp
As if the past 18 months hadn't already felt like a time warp, one day dragging to the next, never knowing what day it is or when the week would end, we finally had our first official COVID exposure, and of course, Harry tested positive for COVID. He had some very minor symptoms for about two days, but was fine after that. But that brought us to the dreaded "Q" word: quarantine. A few days later Rachel tested positive as well, and that started her quarantine all over again. Luckily, she has never shown any symptoms. And Christina and I both tested negative. What do you know? Vaccines apparently work. So here we are at day 13 of our family quarantine, and things are just starting to turn around.
